The Troubleshooters

Season 6 Episode 14: Let's See The Colour Of Your Money

Kasemba, an African state, asks Mogul for a refinery that the Americans have dismissed as uneconomic and that the Chinese are keen to construct on a far larger scale. With the government itself split between Western and Chinese sympathies, Peter Thornton and Willy Izard find the capital full of spies and themselves outmanoeuvred by rival interests at every turn.
