Demi receives 100 points from the Sharks, pushing the Sharks back into negative territory. Taste and presentation serve as the judging criteria for this challenge. The residents have 90 minutes to prepare a tasty, authentically Dutch meatball and a delicious "stamppot" (traditional mashed vegetable dish).
